Andrew “Woody” Woodstein - Lead Project Coordinator and Development

Andrew brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning residential, commercial, and disaster remediation projects. Woody thrives on the orchestration of moving parts that make each project unique; collaborating with tradesmen, architects, and owners to deliver results that exceed expectations. Over the years, he has overseen everything from credit union buildouts and luxury homes to large-scale insurance remediation projects and multi-level residential renovations.
His deep background in property management and post-disaster buildouts has made him a trusted leader in navigating complex restorations, coordinating insurance adjusters, and guiding clients through challenging timelines. He has even completed secure projects requiring Department of Defense clearance, and training. As he continues to follow his passion for construction, he is especially drawn to projects that test his problem-solving skills, whether coordinating multifaceted renovations or balancing the needs of commercial and residential stakeholders. His work reflects not only technical skill, but also a commitment to building long-term client relationships.
Outside of construction, Woody embraces New Hampshire’s outdoors. He enjoys golf, bass fishing, kayaking, and exploring the state’s ATV trails, fully embodying the “live free or die” spirit.

Craig Etter - Project Coordinator & Carpenter

Craig, or Crafty as he has been called, has never strayed far from wood. Graduating in 1982 from UNH with a degree in forest technology, Craig moved his way through a local sawmill, becoming proficient in all the various tasks and machinery involved. Continuing his career chasing the evolution of “tree to trim,” Craig started working in residential construction, learning the frame to finish trade. Remaining in that industry to this day, Craig relies heavily on the experience from his past to create high-caliber projects today, focusing on various projects but finding himself executing the finish of our projects. When not working, Craig enjoys hunting and fishing when he has the time, but finds himself enjoying working with his daughter on her horse farm or kayaking with his wife on the numerous lakes in Central NH. We would be amiss to not finish talking about Craig like Craig finishes his work days, with a moment of relaxation around a small fire, watching the sunset and the wildlife that he works to build so cohesively with.
