Meet Our Owner, Chris Garcia
Chris Garcia founded Cobalt Construction Management with a clear focus on strong client relationships and quality outcomes. He blends years of experience in both the public and private sectors — from municipal work and higher education to residential and historic preservation — guiding clients through every phase, from pre-construction through turnover.
In just the first six months of starting the company, Chris managed projects, including major work for the University of New Hampshire and historic renovations. His custom lake home was even featured on the cover of Down East magazine in the summer of 2020.
Chris’s Wife proudly runs Cobalt Farm. Outside of construction, Chris enjoys helping with Cobalt Farm, historic preservation volunteering, and exploring New Hampshire with his dogs.
